If you have any questions, please contact the school nurse.
You can reach her by calling your child's school at 940-684-1878 ext. 320. or you can send an email by clicking here
If she is not in her office please leave a message and she will return your call asap.
Also, please inquire about ImmTrac at your next healthcare visit. ImmTrac is a very useful resource and will keep a record of your child's immunizations. Adults may now use the service as well. This is very handy especially for use in employment and college entrance and requirements. Here is a link to forms that will assist you in becoming a member of ImmTrac, both child and adult: http://www.dshs.texas.gov/immunize/immtrac/forms.shtm

Flu shots are available through your healthcare provider, area clinics, pharmacies, and local health departments. It is not too late to get a flu shot. Flu shots take 2 weeks to become effective and are from a dead virus and do not cause the flu. Additional information on seasonal flu is available on the website of the Center for Disease Control.
Students, staff, and parents with flu-like symptoms should stay home until at least 24 hours after they no longer have a fever (without the use of fever-reducing medicine). If your child is home from school with the flu or flu-like symptoms, please notify the office that your child is home with flu or flu-like illness. This will assist the District and the Health Department in monitoring the spread of the flu.
